DESCRIPTION:Riding as a whole should guide the rider to move his body as a unit. We should not think separately in terms of rein\, leg and weight aids. If a rider moves correctly on the horse\, he can execute all aids correctly through the position of his body alone.\nHowever\, this always sounds easier than it is.\nA lack of exercise\, a lot of sedentary work and\, unfortunately\, a lack of knowledge on the part of riding instructors and judges have turned riding into something that is damaging to horses. Injuries\, stress disorders and movement disorders caused by the way we ride are on the increase.\nThis course is intended to give interested riders an opportunity to improve their own body control and body awareness to enable healthy movement of the horse.\nAnd\, of course\, it is designed to help riders and horses enjoy correct movement.

For your horse as well as for yourself.\nIn our course we want to make you and your horse equal partners. Lessons in theory and practice.\nWhat we want to teach you is on the one hand the knowledge about the biomechanics of horse and rider.\nOn the other hand we also want to show you how important your attitude\, your mood and your fears are and how they affect the seat\, biomechanics and behaviour of the horse. \nPrice for\nParticipants with horse 200€\nParticipants without horse 100€\nWe can only accept 8 participants with horse\, otherwise the time for the individual will be too short.\nSpectators are welcome and can participate in the practical exercises without horse. \nThe event will take place at the Aktiv Offenstall Miserre in Aezen. \nThe event “Horseriding – a question of attitude” is sold out for riders. DESCRIPTION:The basic course in gentle physiological riding is the first part of a 3-part series.\nWe want to show that with a gentle riding style\, a training which takes into account the anatomical conditions of the respective horse and the accompanying osteotherapeutic treatment you can also ride successfully for yourself\, but also start on tournaments. \nThis includes a well-founded basic knowledge about the anatomy and biomechanics of the horse\, a knowledge about the recognition of problems and the possibilities of treatment\, as well as a calm and safe handling of the horse\, a balanced fit and fine aids. \nIn this course we want to evaluate basic problems and show you practicable solution. \nContents \nTheory:  \nIntroduction to Osteopathy\nBasic causes of osteopathic problems\nDifferences between the unridden and the ridden horse\nPractice:  \nRiding lessons and ground work gentle physiological riding\n30 minutes private lessons (riding)\nadditional exercises with your horse\nCourse duration:  \n2 days\nPrice per participant:  \n200 € rider\n80 spectators (per day 40 €)\n20 € per day and foreign horse\nVenue:  \nActive Open Stable Miserre\nGellerser Str. 32\n31855 Aerzen\nUnfortunately we are only able to take in 4 to 5 foreign horses.\nMaximum number of participants 6 riders\nSpectators up to 30 people \nIf the number of active participants is less than 5\, we have to cancel the course.
